I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase as it provides the perfect place for business meetings over meals. The facilities were well-suited for such purposes and the staff was accommodating.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room with audiovisual equipment.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event and it provided the perfect place for business meetings over breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The staff was helpful and the restaurant offered exquisite food. The clean rooms with balconies and amenities, along with the stunning view from the south-facing rooms and the roof garden, added to the overall positive experience.
One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with facilities such as meeting rooms or conference rooms.

We like view from the balcony.
In the reservation form on Booked.net was written that there are three bed room with three adult beds but there were only two adult beds and the third was not standard adult bed,it was smaller extra bed.At the breakfast it was not possible to order espresso coffee and the vaitres didnt know what it is.There is very bad smell on the first floor and when you are on balcony you hear bad noises from machines from spa center.

The rooms at Egnatia City Hotel & Spa are absolutely amazing! They are super modern and comfortable, with all the fancy stuff you would expect like a mini bar, LCD TV, and even a CD mp3 player. The best part is the hydro massage shower cabin, it feels like heaven after a long day of exploring. Trust me, you'll love it!
Honestly, the only thing I didn't love was the communication system in the bathroom. It was a bit confusing to figure out at first, but hey, that's just my opinion.

The rooms here are beautifully decorated with hypo-allergenic pillows, and conveniently located close to both the dining area and bedrooms, as well as just a 10-minute walk to a well-known museum.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod and it provided the perfect place for business meetings, whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The hotel's facilities were spacious, clean, and provided a professional atmosphere for conducting business. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met during our stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. Although the hotel had Wi-Fi and a comfortable lobby area, having a designated business center with printing and scanning facilities would have been more convenient for my work-related needs.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, polite, and professional. The spacious room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. I was especially impressed by the wonderful bathroom, which was large and had all the amenities I needed. The highlight of my stay was enjoying an evening drink on the roof garden, where I was treated to a magnificent view of the city and seafront. The barman even opened the rooftop early for me so I could relax and unwind after a long journey. Greek hospitality at its finest!
Highly recommended for families.

It’s not a new hotel; the furniture, decoration seemed old. We booked for a non-smoking room with view. The room was at the 1st floor but it was under the entrance! As it was so close to ground, you can see the view through the roof of buildings at the opposite side of street. The lights of the balcony are on until 12:00 at night and it is managed centrally. So even you sit at the balcony at night as the light are on and you are so close to ground everybody living around can watch you. The second bad thing was there was a conference room at that floor and the service door of it was opposite side of our room, so we couldn’t have some privacy.
We were planning to stay for 2 nights. We asked them to change the room but they told us there is no free room. But when we said we are not going to stay for second night, they offered a new room for the second day. They also said there will be no meetings at the conference room while our stay but when we woke up in the morning we saw there is a meeting. The people were smoking in the corridor. So we left the hotel. We stayed Hotel Lucy same price, there is no view but the hotel, location was great. P.S. You cannot use the balconies at the view side of Egnatia Hotel at day time as it is eastern side of the hotel and sun burns the balcony and the rooms.

During my recent stay at Egnatia City Hotel & Spa, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel had a stunning view of the sea and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was especially impressed with the spa center, which included amenities like a sauna, indoor pool, and jacuzzi. The staff were kind and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. The breakfast buffet was delicious and gave me the perfect start to my day exploring the beautiful city. I highly recommend Egnatia City Hotel & Spa for both business and leisure travelers.
